RYMAR RANCH CAMP POLICY AGREEMENT

Camp deposit are non-refundable.

Deposits are due upon registration. If a deposit is not received 2 weeks prior
to camp start date your space will be offered to the next person on our waiting list.

Any days missed at camp are non refundable non transferable to another
person or date. If your child has to miss camp for any reason, other than
Rymar Ranch canceling, these days will be lost to you.

Camp hours are from 9:00am - 3:00pm for weeklong camp and 10:00am -
2:00pm for weekend camp. There is a 15 min. grace period before and after
camp. If your child is not picked up by the grace period there a charge of 2.50
for every 15 min. your child is left with us, unless other arrangements are made
with us prior to camp.

After camp care will be made available, if necessary, with prior notice. The
charge for after care is 10.00 per hour, and is payable each day, at the time of
pick up. Riding is not included in after care, so your child will not  be able to ride
after camp. We will provide supervision only. You will need to provide an
additional snack, drink and something for them to occupy their time while they
are here (i.e.: cards, games, puzzles, books or crayons and coloring books).
