The Rymar Ranch Staff
members are totally dedicated to the well-being of the horses and
thoroughly enjoy working with the students. This is reflected in
their positive attitudes and friendly atmosphere. The personal
attention helps the students gain the confidence they need to
succeed.

“My role as an
instructor is to assist each horse and rider to achieve
their greatest potential.”
Caryn Poloske is
Rymar's most
recent edition to our well rounded instructor slate. She started
teaching at Rymar Ranch in the Spring of 2006. Caryn can't recall
how long she has loved horses but recalls riding for fun as early as
six years old and owned her first horse at the age of 12.
Caryn participated
in 4H Club as a youth and as an adult competed in American Quarter
Horse Association show. Caryn left the show arena in 2006 after
competing at the national level for 10 years. Notable
accomplishments includes:

Caryn has a
passion for horses and children. She is enthusiastic about her
students and passing along the skills she has gained over the years.
Melanie Ellingham - Instructor & Trainer
"My responsibilities include instructing students and starting
young horses. My goal is to learn from each and every student (both
people and horses)".
Melanie is a CHA
certified assistant instructor and has been riding and working at
Rymar Ranch since 2002. She has ridden horses all her life and has
well rounded background in Western, English and jumping. Her passion
for horses always shine through, as she is always striving to do her
best and learn all she can. Her positive, perky personality is
always popular with the adults and children she teaches. To read

Donna Sanders –
Administrative Director
“My main role as
Administrative Director is to keep all of our programs and day to
day activities running smoothly and assist clients.”
Donna Sanders grew up
loving horses. She rode as a child and dreamed that one day horses
would be part of her everyday life. Now she is working in what she
calls her “dream career”. Her caring, outgoing personality shines
through as she works to keep the day-to-day activities on track. She
is responsible for scheduling, bookkeeping, customer service,
program and other administrative duties. Donna also instructs at our
youth camps.
Nettie
Williams–
Barn/Administrative Assistant
“My Role as
Barn Assistant is to aid and support the Barn Manager and
Administrative Director to carry out needed duties.”
Nettie Williams discovered Rymar over four
years ago when she brought her kids to one of our summer camps. She
loved it so much she started volunteering at the barn and soon
proved herself to be a great asset to our program. She loves horses
and people and will always greet you with a friendly smile that is
contagious. She is always ready to fill in wherever she is needed.
Her Bachelors degree in Business Administration makes her a great
support to Donna.
